When you’ve been in business for longer than 60 years and you have a LOT of knives in display cases, backrooms, drawers, shelves… you tend to forget all the different knives that have been ordered and sold over time.
Sometimes you have accurate inventory and sometimes you don’t.
I got an order today (not here on Knife.Place, but on our main hardware store website) that included two items.
I immediately knew what the Rainbow Leek was. That’s a real pretty Kershaw knife. I think I used to personally own a basic Stainless Leek that either got lost in the store or TSA… but I had NO IDEA what the American Flag Leek was.
